About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality individual care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
  • Help residents with their shopping and daily tasks.
Requirements
  • A warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of older people and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Driven to deliver exceptional care and support, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
  • Preferably holding a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
