Job Title: Building Performance Specialist

At DSV Road GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and providing exceptional support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain offices, cubicles, conference rooms, restrooms, and other office spaces in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Prepare conference rooms with refreshments and amenities as needed.
  • Ensure storage areas are neat and clean.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of exterior grounds, including bay areas and lobby entrances.
  • Empty trash receptacles daily and refill water dispensers as needed.
  • Perform routine and long-term preventative maintenance on building and equipment.
  • Operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Current or prior MHE Certification.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with occasional exposure to fumes and airborne particles. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
