Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in Durham. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventative maintenance, strengthening the maintenance department with your own experience and knowledge, and completing asset tear down and repair of machinery and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Experience in electrical maintenance with a recognized electrical apprenticeship
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
