Electrical Maintenance Specialist

PRS is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join its dedicated maintenance and engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance within a prestigious commercial facility and estate. Key responsibilities include:

* Performing PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
* Ensuring all tasks are risk assessed through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments
* Overlapping with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams where necessary
* Completing electrical small works

Requirements:

* Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
* Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
* Previous experience of commercial-grade buildings
* Ability to pass a DBS
* Valid driving license
