Learning and Development Coach

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coach to join our team in Lichfield, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments to support learners in achieving their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions and assessments to learners in the virtual and onsite classroom/workplace environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners on their progress and achievements.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and submit paperwork within agreed timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with learners, line managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring, with a strong understanding of the Apprenticeship framework.
- Relevant sector-specific qualification (minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare) with clinical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
