Job Overview:

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales and Lettings Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving results and achieving full occupancy at optimal rental rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to secure lettings in challenging areas, utilizing market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior management to inform and shape agent strategies, identifying potential new partnerships and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and contribute to board-level presentations, providing data-driven insights to drive business decisions.
  • Work closely with senior management to create and review the annual sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide input into pricing decisions, ensuring comparative data is consistently updated and accurate.
  • Manage the sales budget and provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles to lettings, developing effective solutions and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to adapt and refine processes throughout the year, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will hold an ARLA qualification and boast 4+ years of experience in residential lettings, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving full occupancy at optimal rental rates.
