About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lettings Manager to join our team at Peter Alan. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, creating self-generated appointments, and exceeding branch targets on property appraisals, instructions, lets, and other KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality market appraisals and win instructions in line with the company standard conversion rate.
- Arrange, organize, and conduct viewings and let properties.
- Manage and maintain an accurate applicant database.
- Maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications.
- Facilitate a let through to move-in.
- Assist with business generation.
- Perform various ad-hoc administration office duties.
- Maintain goodwill, establish trust, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively across all departments and refer business where necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach.
- A strong customer focus.
- Desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivation with a 'can-do' attitude - High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills.
- Arithmetic and English competence.
- Full UK driving license.
