About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at RFIDentikit. As a key member of our Senior Leadership, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy that aligns with our company vision and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries and geographies.
  • Collaborate with our Projects and Technical Development Teams to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and pitches to clients.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and complete information in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in the live events industry, with a proven track record of developing B2B relationships.
  • Experience in selling or delivering technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with the full business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Proven ability to establish and deliver on business KPIs.
  • Commercial acumen to understand and effectively influence financial objectives and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and client needs.
