Regional Business Development Director

The Regional Membership Director plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships and promoting the growth of our esteemed UK Business Club. As an ambassador, you will leverage your existing network and forge new connections to develop long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and educate the Business Club's ethos to the wider market
- Cultivate and develop positive relationships with potential and current members and introducers by engaging, listening, and understanding their business goals and ambitions
- Facilitate networking events and collaborate with the relationship team to maintain accurate records and generate suitable leads
- Meet or exceed revenue generation targets while maintaining a customer-oriented, creative, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent networking ability, communication, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate, inspire, and influence
- A proven track record of successful dealings and understanding business-owners
- Aptitude for nurturing positive long-term relationships and taking ownership for outcomes
- Self-driven and organized with a strong business network and Salesforce knowledge/experience a plus
