About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including typing, data inputting, filing, and scanning.
  • Answer and deal with both face-to-face and telephone enquiries in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post, and undertake reception duties as required.
  • Handle transport requests and arrangements as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and other materials as required.
Requirements
