Job Title: Senior Finance Manager, Pensions

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial performance across our division, while supporting the wider group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the divisional Finance Assistant in the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring costs are allocated at activity level.
  • Support the Finance Assistant in the provision of informative management information and results commentary.
  • Set the timetable for divisional annual Budget and Forecast, in-line with group timetable as set out by Head of Commercial Finance.
  • Responsible for direct line management of divisional Finance Assistant, ensuring all key accountabilities are met to required standards.
  • Undertake in-depth analysis of performance to ensure group's financial performance is optimised.
  • Provide divisional Directors and Senior Managers with commercial support to enhance profitability, supporting new and existing customer contract negotiations and driving cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
  • A strong academic background demonstrating a blend of accounting and commercial skills.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Prior experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, engaging with multiple key stakeholders within a commercial business.
  • Strong ability to understand and analyse complex financial data, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent skills in conveying financial insights effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
