Job Role: Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Division/Department: Finance

Reports to: Head of Commercial Finance

Europa Worldwide Group is a leading independent logistics operator with a strong presence in the market.

Position Summary:

The Senior Commercial Finance Manager is responsible for driving financial performance across the division, while supporting the wider group. This role involves building key relationships with stakeholders and providing strong analysis and recommendations on business results and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the divisional Finance Assistant in the production of monthly management accounts.
  • Ensure costs are allocated at activity level, allowing commercial and operational leadership teams to understand profitability.
  • Support the Finance Assistant in providing informative management information and results commentary.
  • Set the timetable for divisional annual Budget and Forecast, in-line with group timetable as set out by Head of Commercial Finance.

Requirements:

  • Recognised accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
  • Strong academic background demonstrating a blend of accounting and commercial skills.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • Prior experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, engaging with multiple key stakeholders within a commercial business.
