Sofas and Stuff is a dynamic and growing independent furniture retailer with a strong presence in the UK market.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Design Consultant at our Cheltenham Showroom.

Job Summary

As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for advising customers on choosing their ideal sofa, which involves patience, creativity, and a great personality. You will have a flair for putting colour schemes together in the showroom and have a natural instinct to treat customers to the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice on sofa selection
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales and design skills
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and design skills, with a flair for colour schemes and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is desirable, but not essential
  • Basic computer skills and administration experience

Salary: £25,000+ OTE (inclusive of commission)
