Sofas and Stuff is a dynamic and growing independent furniture retailer with a strong presence in the UK market.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Design Consultant at our Cheltenham Showroom.

Job Summary

As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, advising customers on choosing their ideal sofa, and working closely with the design team to create stunning colour schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work closely with the design team to create bespoke colour schemes and advise customers on furniture selection
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with new product launches and promotions
  • Flexibility to work weekends and regular overtime
