**About the Role**
We are currently working with a leading architecture practice that specializes in heritage architecture and are seeking an experienced administrator to join their team as a Project Administration Assistant. The role will be based within their South Coast office as the company works all over the United Kingdom.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Attend site meetings and take minutes
* Manage documents, financial reporting, and tracking and reporting on the team's actions
* Assist and support the projects team in all aspects of project administration
* Take minutes for project meetings and workshops
* Type or draft all correspondence, reports, etc.
* Administer project online document control sites, including uploading, downloading, recording, distributing, printing, and organizing information as required
* Print, bind, or copy project documentation as required
* Provide general administration support for the project manager and team, including updating drawing registers
* Maintain the Quality Management Systems
**Requirements**
* Well-organized, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* Professional and cooperative attitude, delivery, and telephone manner
* Ability to remain calm and helpful, giving support across all project teams
