Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Endeavour Recruitment Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, in a fast-paced environment. This will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring they are resourced, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Technical Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage cross-project dependencies and conflicts, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate estimates, project timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to client locations as necessary, to support liaison and stakeholder management.
  • Work with the Head of Projects to standardize project delivery processes across all teams.
  • Conduct project evaluations with clients to identify learnings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and complex technical issues.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within a software development environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering major development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience communicating with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to refine approach and focus as business requirements dictate.
  • Operational experience in a development environment.
  • Experience of performing within an Agile framework.
  • Understanding of Retail and Loyalty & Payment Solutions.

Qualifications:

Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or with equivalent experience.
