Psychology Graduate | Brentwood | ASAP Start

Are you a passionate and dedicated individual with a Psychology Graduate degree looking to make a positive impact on children's mental health and learning? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team at a reputable Secondary School in Brentwood, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, with a large SEN provision and a focus on positive behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for SEN students.
  • Work closely with the school's SEN provision and SENCo.
  • Support children with a range of needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Encourage student progress and help them achieve their best.

Requirements:

  • 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a Leading UK University (Top 15).
  • Previous experience working with SEN children is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's mental health and educational development.
