About the Role


Newton's Recruitment is seeking a skilled Chef Trainer to join our team. As a Chef Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting hospitality professionals achieve their Chef and Kitchen qualifications within the workplace.



Responsibilities



  • Manage and support a caseload of Apprentices
  • Deliver 1-1 in-person and online sessions
  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions
  • Work closely with employers and managers


Requirements



  • Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification
  • 2 years of Chef or Kitchen experience
  • Interest or experience in training and coaching
  • Car driver
