About the Role:
- As a Patient Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless healthcare journey for our patients. You will be responsible for connecting with patients, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting our clinical teams to deliver high-quality care.
- You will be the first point of contact for patients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- You will work closely with our clinicians to ensure that patients receive prompt and appropriate care. Your ability to manage internal computer systems and maintain accurate records will be crucial in supporting the delivery of our services.
- You will be responsible for booking patients, coordinating diagnostic results, and supporting the delivery of services that exceed patient expectations.
About You:
- You will have strong experience in an administrative role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You will have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and be able to manage internal computer systems efficiently.
