Academic Learning Assistant

This SEN Teaching Assistant position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored learning environment for each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualised support to students with complex needs.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans.
- Using various strategies to promote social, emotional and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong knowledge of SEN best practices and behaviour management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements: Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
Salary Information: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
