About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, review, and finalize care planning needs to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Support the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create a warm and welcoming environment that meets the individual needs of our residents and their families.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a caring nature, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. You should be warm, approachable, and engaging, with a strong commitment to treating others with respect and dignity.
