As a key member of our lettings team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management and delivery of lettings across the business. You will work closely with internal colleagues and local authorities to ensure a fair allocation of properties, maintaining accurate records and adhering to policy and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include guiding new customers through the lettings process, maintaining and managing shortlists for advertised properties, and ensuring a transparent and fair process. You will also contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and help us achieve our targets.

This is a full-time role on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in our Chipping Sodbury office with regular home working available. The role requires a basic DBS check. If you have previous experience in roles such as lettings officer, housing income officer, or customer service agent, this could be the ideal role for you.
