As part of our team, you will be working on Southern regional projects, contributing to the delivery of safe and efficient transportation systems.

**Job Description**

You will work as a Senior Rail Infrastructure Tester, responsible for undertaking testing activities independently to ensure all equipment meets specifications within company and group standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely delivering testing for component parts of a signalling scheme
  • Ensuring work compliance with contracts and group standards
  • Working within limitations identified in Network Rail Certificate of Competence
  • Actively developing and increasing testing competencies and abilities
  • Identifying contract variations and passing them to the Project Manager
  • Controlling daily work according to the testing and commissioning plan, WPP, and Task Briefings
  • Motivating associated staff and effectively communicating task requirements
  • Complying with Alstom testing procedures

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 25 days of annual leave, contributed healthcare, life assurance, an excellent pension scheme, and flexible benefits tailored to your lifestyle.

**Location and Working Conditions**

This role involves travel to other sites, shift/night/weekend working, and some lodging away from home.
