The salary for this position is £21,402 - £28,630 per annum, based on experience. Apart from the competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

This role involves a combination of administrative and clinical duties, requiring cross-site working across all four districts. The selected candidate will be required to attend our Clinical Induction Programme for Clinical Support Workers, which includes classroom-based training and supernumerary shifts in the clinical area.

Role Requirements:

  • Full-time equivalent experience as a Healthcare Support Worker/Trainee in a care setting
  • Knowledge of the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and Adult Social Care Workers (2013)
  • NVQ/Diploma level 2 in Healthcare or equivalent healthcare qualification
