Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Professional to join our busy and personable team at Focus Resourcing Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept to completion, and to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and agree project briefs.
  • Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with construction professionals and clients to discuss feasibility and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and present detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.

Requirements

  • Outstanding visualisation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of construction technologies and ability to apply this knowledge to deliver projects.
  • Leadership skills and ability to take on responsibility for project delivery.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, RNET, and MS Project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a logical and practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
