Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and agree project briefs.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with construction professionals and clients to discuss feasibility of designs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Excellent visualisation skills and understanding of construction technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take on responsibility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, RNET, and MS Project.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Logical and practical approach, with ability to solve problems and manage workloads.
