Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to take on new challenges and work closely with our experienced team to produce detailed designs, specifications, and documentation for a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for building projects, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
  • Assess the needs of buildings and their users, and advise clients on the practicality of their projects, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Assist with the preparation and design of proposals, using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with authorities, such as planning departments and building inspectors, to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist in the appraisal of the performance of designs in use, and produce maintenance management information, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
