**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Team Leader/Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our electrical construction team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the installation of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate electrical installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Supervise and mentor electrical apprentices and team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and local codes.

**Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed Journeyman with at least 5 years of Journeyman experience and proven ability to perform work on your own.
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, internal team members, peers, and all levels of management.
  • Reliable and committed to working at least 40 hours per week.
