Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist Rehabilitation to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced nurse to make a real difference in the lives of patients receiving rehabilitation care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of care for patients receiving rehabilitation care. You will also be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure effective service delivery and maintaining accurate records in accordance with NMC standards.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Post-registration experience in rehabilitation care or a related field
- Ability to work flexibly in accordance with service needs
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
