Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TIME Appointments Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and driving new business opportunities across various markets and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and secure additional revenues.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Liaise closely with our engineer and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Regularly review progress with our line manager, including reporting on sales goals, efficiencies, and overall performance.
  • Achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Maintain and update relevant prospect and customer information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role.
  • Strong sales track record and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong command of English (reading, verbal, and written skills).
  • Good understanding of IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Previous experience of customer interaction is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
