Job Title: Financial Analyst Lead

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst Lead to enhance our existing processes, develop financial models, and drive change programmes.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with tech, finance teams to identify and deliver process improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial reporting and forecasting systems.
  • Develop financial models within our new FP&A system.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports in PowerBI.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) or significant experience in reporting and forecasting models.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships across finance and tech teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and automation.
  • Experience with forecasting and planning solutions (TM1, Vena, Workday, ERP solutions).
  • Experience with change and transformation programmes, including managing change and user support.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries/analysis in PowerBI and SQL.
