Job Title: Executive Care Home Manager

About the Role:

Bright Selection Ltd is delighted to be representing a highly regarded provider of luxury elderly and dementia care homes in the appointment of a Home Manager for their newest care home. The home will provide the highest levels of care to up to 60 older people and is located in a beautiful area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regular audits to ensure the home is fully compliant and operating well
- Recruiting and managing staff, including careers and personal development
- Effective communication with residents, relatives, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Delivering robust financial budget management
- Working with the Directors to market the home effectively

Requirements:

- General management experience with a passion for elderly care
- Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
- Experience of managing large teams of people
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong financial management and commercial focus

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary up to £60,000 - £65,000pa
