**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the care home team to deliver high-quality care and services
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
* Ensure the care home is run in accordance with CQC regulations and best practices
* Manage the care home budget and resources to ensure efficient operation
