Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Stakeholders

Establish and maintain effective relationships with various departments and management teams to support annual training plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Training Needs Assessment

Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs for new and existing employees, and develop targeted solutions to address competency gaps.

  • Training Program Development

Design and deliver training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees, including internal and external training initiatives.

  • Training Database Management

Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date training records on our database, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting of training outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions to address these needs.

  • Reporting and Analysis

Produce regular reports on training outcomes and competence, and provide ad-hoc reports as required to support business decision-making.

Requirements
  • Highly Organized and Proficient

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • IT Literacy

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

  • Effective Communication

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

  • Managerial Experience

Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of success in training and development.

  • Construction Industry Experience

Experience working in a construction industry training environment, with a strong understanding of the sector's specific training needs.

  • Database Management

Proven experience in database management, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
