Job Title: Part-Time Accounts and Administrator Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our small team of 5 in the charity sector. As a Part-Time Accounts and Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and assisting with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls from clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Rescheduling appointments efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting the Treasurer with daily accounting tasks
  • Using Xero software to input and manage financial data
  • Assisting with accounts payable and team collaboration to ensure accurate reporting of finances
  • Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
