We are looking for a knowledgeable Senior Bid Project Coordinator with demonstrable experience in the fit out and refurbishment industry to manage bids from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement bid strategies, leading new bids from concept through to fruition ensuring clear articulation of our offers, cost estimates are adjudicated and signed off, and final submissions are reviewed.
  • Promote effective collaboration among team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality written documentation and presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Evaluate and select suitable subcontractors and suppliers for key packages, ensuring seamless distribution of tender documents and amendments.
  • Create engaging presentations using graphic design skills, either independently or through external partnerships with designers and printers.
  • Maintain strict quality control over all aspects of the bid, guaranteeing clarity, concision, and compelling content in written work.
  • Participate in hand-over meetings, briefing the team on tender bids and highlighting areas for improvement.
