About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Finance Manager to join our team at GS2 | B Corp™. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainable finance initiatives and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the in-house expert on EU taxonomy, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and do-no-significant-harm assessments.
  • Engage with investment teams to deliver success across sustainability and finance.
  • Manage several projects simultaneously, while engaging with a range of stakeholders.
  • Improve process, data, and disclosure across various funds.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating at a senior level as a sustainability professional, with 3+ years of focusing on financial services.
  • Confidence in working with EU Taxonomy and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, including Principle Adverse Impact (PAI) Indicators and Do-no-significant harm assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in public speaking and representing the company at events.
