Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Manager to join our team at Fin, a leading sustainable logistics company in Greater London. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive financial efficiency.

Requirements

  • Analytical Skills: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budget management, and forecasting.
