Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Educational Support Professional to join their team in Blackburn, supporting children with Autism and other special educational needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the EYFS team to deliver tailored support and create a positive learning environment for pupils with Autism. Your role will involve working alongside teachers to develop individualized plans and providing additional support to ensure pupils reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with children with Autism and other special educational needs. You will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of each pupil.
