Studio Operations Manager

Pulse Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in film and photography workflow, including media archiving, editing, and digital content organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the studio's IT and administration systems, including implementing, maintaining and updating hardware and software systems with IT consultant
  • Managing server and internal filing systems in consultation with Studio Archivist (both digital and physical)
  • General troubleshooting and maintenance of studio equipment
  • Assisting in the design, operation and organization of a digital multimedia infrastructure and archive that will facilitate maintenance and management of multimedia archives combining film and video clips, photographs, music, audio files and transcripts
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office suite, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Xero Accounting software, and proficiency with sound equipment and digital audio files. They should also have management and organization skills for photography workflows, research and data archiving software, and calendar and schedule management.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
