We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Studio Operations Director to lead our boutique fitness studio's operations and guest experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the studios operational principles, managing your team, and ensuring all studio equipment is safe, legally compliant, and well-maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the studios operational principles as laid out in the operations manual, support in creating any additional content like updating studio handbooks and walkthrough videos.
  • Responsible for working within budget to ensure all studios and equipment are safe, legally compliant, and all certification is kept up to date.
  • Work to automate, streamline, and standardise all studio operations where possible.
  • Responsible for all studio inventory and distribution of stock.
  • Lead your team, ensuring they are clear at what is required of them and supporting them in priority setting and daily workflow management.
  • Respond and react to in-the-moment studio emergencies, looping in all key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • You have significant experience as a Studio Manager in luxury hospitality or the leisure space.
  • You possess a service-orientated mindset and an exceptional eye for detail.
  • You are a clear communicator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a thriving team and third-party suppliers.
  • Demonstrate quick, strategic, and creative thinking.
  • Proactive and autonomous mindset, curious to continuously identify new opportunities.
