Key Responsibilities

The Studio Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of creative services;
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including coordinating workflows, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects;
  • Leading and motivating the creative team to achieve exceptional results;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver value and quality;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of design and production processes.

The estimated salary for this position is £47,000 per annum.
