As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical skills development programs to our engineers, focusing on our fleet of MEWP's, Truck and Van Mounted equipment, Tracked Booms, and BlueSky products.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to ensure our engineers have the necessary skills to operate and maintain our equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the External Training team to design and deliver training content that meets the needs of our engineers.
  • Providing ongoing support and coaching to our engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Trainer who is passionate about delivering high-quality training programs and has a strong understanding of our industry and equipment.
