Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Resourcing Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and gross profit within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and partners to grow business organically and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to partners on our products, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Monitor sales data and market trends to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage pipeline activities from opportunity identification to closure, ensuring timely and accurate updates on CRM database.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing partners, showcasing the success and credibility of our company and products.
  • Identify underperforming partners and develop strategies for recovery within the reporting timeframe.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and small installations are completed to a high standard, and provide support for large installations.
  • Resolve issues to ensure partner growth and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills and experience in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology, sales process, and sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
  • Financial business acumen and category management skills.
  • Time management and growth mindset skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
