Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Companion Care Worker to join our team at Unity Care Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to a 23-year-old client with complex needs, supporting her to lead a more comfortable life in the community.
About the RoleThe role involves assisting the client with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity, and enhancing her overall well-being. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care that meets the client's unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the client with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring safe and comfortable movement
- Preparing meals and snacks, maintaining a healthy and balanced diet
- Encouraging social interaction and engagement, promoting mental stimulation and leisure activities
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also have opportunities to participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in areas such as first aid, manual handling, and medication administration.
