About the Role
As a Caregiver Specialist with Multilink Care Mgmt Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Assistant Professional to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation. You will also support our clients with medication administration, following prescribed guidelines and procedures.

The Personal Care Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients through meaningful interactions and activities. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, collaborating with care coordinators and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients & staff.

About You
We are looking for an individual with NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a compassionate and patient approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills, is also required.
