We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care to adults with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a caregiver, you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Our clients require ongoing care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we offer a consistent volume of work with flexible shift patterns. You will have the opportunity to work closely with one client per shift and build meaningful relationships, making a real difference in their lives.

We prioritize the development and growth of our staff, offering free specialist clinical training for complex care and continuous professional progression. Our carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes, allowing for a stable and predictable work environment.

Join us at HFH Healthcare, where you can choose your regular shift pattern with minimal travel, and enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from £14 to £17.93 per hour.*

The estimated annual income for this role is between £26,200 and £28,950*, based on working three shifts (36 hours) per week. We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, ensuring transparency and compliance with tax regulations.
