Caregiver for Adults

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver for Adults to join our team at Zimat, providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a valued member of our Community Care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when working with Adults who require assistance with daily living tasks. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that prioritizes dignity, respect, and individualized needs.
A driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are required due to the location of some service users, but no prior experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training and regular supervision to ensure your success in this role.
As a full-time or part-time Health Care Assistant (HCA) with Zimat, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a pension scheme, regular supervision, and opportunities for career progression.
