Mental Health and Behavioural Needs Specialist

Academics Ltd is a leading education provider seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with mental health and behavioural needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to work with students who have severe emotional and mental health needs, struggling with stress, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. You will also collaborate with parents and caregivers to offer guidance and support, following EHCPs.
This is a full-time position with ASAP start dates available. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Great travel links are also available.
