Job Opportunity: RIBBONS AND REEVES is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work across specialist provisions in Barnet, providing essential support to help students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs thrive.

Key responsibilities include delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support to students, applying effective behaviour management techniques, and working closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, and approach each student's needs with patience and understanding.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people. The successful applicant will be passionate about supporting students with additional needs and committed to their overall well-being. The salary for this role is £105 per day, PAYE, Full-time, Term Time Only contract.
