Behaviour Support Specialist for SEMH Needs

Key responsibilities include delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support to students, applying effective behaviour management techniques, and working closely with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will be resilient, adaptable, and approach each student's needs with patience and understanding.

The salary for this role is £105 per day, PAYE, Full-time, Term Time Only contract.
